About this day out
Woodbridge Museum is set in the historic Whisstocks area of the waterfront and tells the story of Woodbridge from Saxon times to the present day. Staffed entirely by volunteers and funded by donations, it displays historic artefacts, Sutton Hoo artefacts from the 1939 excavations, and a small souvenir shop.
When to go
Opening calendar
Summer opening (Apr–Oct): 10:30am–4:30pm daily; closed Mondays and Fridays during term time. Open to the public all year round.
