About this day out

The Tredegar Museum was founded in the 1970s by the Tredegar Historical Society and founder member Mr Oliver Jones, a local historian and author of The Early Days of Sirhowy and Tredegar. It is now managed by the Tredegar History and Archive Society and run by local people with a passion for the town of Tredegar, South Wales. The museum is based at Tredegar Library in The Circle, Tredegar, and offers free entry.
