Parking: Pay and Display parking at College Road Car Park, 100m from Towner (minimum charge £1.40; charges except blue badge apply 8.00am to 6.00pm daily incl. Bank Holidays), with blue badge spaces. Free on-street parking on College Road and adjacent streets. 5 blue badge spaces in the layby alongside Devonshire Quarter Plaza and a blue badge drop-off/waiting area immediately outside (30-minute waiting time). Nearest multi-storey car park is Trinity Place, a 10-minute walk.
