About this day out

The South East Romany Museum in Marden, Kent is a living museum run by the Brazil family covering all aspects of Romany history and culture. Brothers Frank, Olby and Gary Brazil build and restore horse-drawn vehicles using traditional craftsmanship and have amassed a fine collection of decorated caravans, traps and carts, with outdoor camp displays and a Lottery-funded study room for talks, slide shows and films. Visitors should phone first to ensure someone is there to receive them.
