The experience
About this day out
Tewkesbury Museum is housed in an unspoiled seventeenth century building at 64 Barton Street, dating from about 1650. Its collection ranges from Roman remains to wartime austerity, including a diorama of the Battle of Tewkesbury, a unique fairground model and galleries about local polar explorer Raymond Priestley. Visitors should allow at least an hour for a visit.
