The Sub Rooms is a community-driven venue in Stroud providing an innovative programme of music, dance, theatre, visual arts, spoken word, exhibitions and workshops. Housed in a restored historical building (the Subscription Rooms, originally built by public subscription), it also features Central Bar & Kitchen and hireable spaces accommodating from 2 to 500 people. It operates as a vital community hub and charity at the heart of the town.

- Level or ramped access to the front of the building and a lift to the Ballroom. Adapted toilet on the ground floor with a changing table installed. Parking for Blue Badge holders close by, with spaces to the rear in Bedford Street car park. Hearing loop in the Ballroom and the George Room. Visitors are asked to let the venue know of any access requirements when booking.

- A variety of car parks are within a few minutes' walk of the venue: Cheapside (behind the train station, 3 minute walk via the footbridge), plus Brunel Mall and Parliament Street car parks. Access parking is available in Bedford Street car park to the rear of the building. From the M5, leave at junction 13 and follow the A419 into central Stroud.
