The Roman Army Museum, part of the Vindolanda Trust in the heart of Hadrian's Wall, lets visitors experience what life was like at the edge of an empire with interactive displays, astonishing artefacts and an award-winning HD film. It is situated on the line of the Wall between Greenhead and Walltown Quarry, making a convenient stop on a Hadrian's Wall adventure.
