About this day out

Raveningham Gardens, sheltered by belts of woodland within an 18th century park, feature herbaceous and mixed borders, wildflower meadows, a walled Victorian kitchen garden with working 19th century Boulton and Paul glasshouses, a lake, an arboretum and a Stumpery with tree ferns. The planting follows Edwardian plans and was enhanced from the 1960s by Priscilla, Lady Bacon, with specialities including Galanthus, spring bulbs and Agapanthus. Sculptures by Susan Bacon are placed around the Garden.
