About this day out

North Kessock Pier is a historic crossing point on the East Coast of Scotland that served the Moray Firth and Beauly Firth, with a ferry service linking the Black Isle from as far back as the 15th Century until 1982. Since 2011 a charitable trust has maintained and upgraded the pier, which is now free for anyone to use, including boats, kayaks and anglers.
