- The museum is all on one level with a portable ramp for slight floor elevations; wheelchair access is via a level entrance to the right of the front steps. Member of the Hynt access scheme offering free tickets for carers/companions. Offers audio described tours, monthly relaxed quiet hours, dementia friendly tours, and a visual story for pre-visit planning. Visual fire alarms, mobility scooters welcome, and walking sticks/folding stools with rubber stoppers permitted.
- Parking
- Parking spaces are 50 yards from the front of the museum down the adjacent street (none designated for blue badge holders). Additional free parking is on the Broadway (adjacent to the Amphitheatre), or pay and display parking off the High Street adjacent to the Roman Baths.
- Dogs
- Only appropriately trained assistance/service dogs are allowed on site, provided they are kept on a lead; owners should bring relevant identification where possible.
