About this day out

The Museum of Transport in Cheetham, Manchester explores Greater Manchester's public road transport history from horse bus to Metrolink, displaying historic buses, coaches, trams, objects and displays inside a 1930s bus garage. Visitors can enjoy free heritage bus rides on historic buses, and the Grade II listed building is one of Greater Manchester's earliest bus garages adjoining Manchester's first electric tram depot.
