The experience
About this day out
M Shed is a Bristol museum, part of Bristol Museums. Its Bristol People gallery explores activities past and present that make Bristol what it is, while the Bristol Places gallery focuses on the physical and dynamic city. Its biggest working exhibits, including electric dockside cranes and Britain's only dockside steam railway, are outside the museum and can be seen even when the museum is closed.
