About this day out
The Stradling Collection is a charity holding an extraordinary collection of 2,000 pieces of 20th and 21st-century design and applied art, including ceramics, glass, furniture, and decorative objects designed for the home. It was assembled by Ken Stradling MBE, buyer and Managing Director of the Bristol Guild, and has been housed at 48 Park Row, Bristol since 2006. The gallery showcases dynamic exhibitions and offers curator tours, talks, and design-related workshops throughout the year.

Wednesdays: 13:00-16:00; Thursdays: 13:00-16:00; Fridays: 13:00-16:00; Saturdays: 11:00-16:00; Sundays: 11:00-16:00. Please note, between exhibitions the building may be closed.

Prices at a glance
- Admission
- Entry to exhibitions is £6, which includes entry to the permanent collection on the first and second floor; donations are always welcome. A guided curator tour of the full collection can be arranged for groups of up to 10 people at £15 per person (subject to a minimum charge of £60).

- The Collection is housed in a narrow building on four floors without a lift. The ground floor is fully accessible by wheelchair, but there are no lifts to the upper floors.
