About this day out
Henfield Museum, owned by Henfield Parish Council and run by volunteers, holds a collection of over 20,000 objects with local connections to the Sussex village of Henfield, ranging from prehistoric flint artefacts to 20th-century items. Collections include a noted costume collection, photographic archives, a wide-ranging art collection, oral histories and local historic maps. Temporary themed exhibitions are staged three or four times a year.
