Ffald y Brenin is a Christian retreat centre and house of prayer located in the Gwaun Valley in the Preseli hills of West Wales, two miles from the village of Pontfaen, east of Fishguard. Day visitors can explore the grounds, use the Chapel or Prayer Room, join the daily rhythm of prayer, and enjoy the view with a hot drink in the Day Room. Overnight stays are also offered, with arrival and departure days on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
