About this day out

Cotswold Lakes is the new name for the Cotswold Water Park, a wetland landscape in Gloucestershire and Wiltshire with over 180 lakes spread across 42 square miles, created by a century of sand and gravel extraction. Recognised as a haven for wildlife with thousands of waterbirds visiting each winter, it offers off-road walking and cycling paths, birdwatching, a wide range of watersports and land activities, fishing, and an inland beach.
