About this day out
Brooklands Park in Worthing has undergone restoration to return it to the jewel in the crown destination of Adur and Worthing open spaces. New features include a sustainable café by the lake, an adventure play area with 30 pieces of equipment, a contemplative garden, and a 2.5km fitness trail around the park. The park sits just north of the coast road facing the beach, about 1.7 miles east of Worthing Pier.
