Wheelchair accessible with level access at the main entrance (door width 50 inches) and throughout the ground floor and Abbey Shop; Discovery Museum and toilets accessed via ramp and lift (lift width 35 inches). Tower Tours have steps and are not wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair available to borrow free of charge. Carers and support workers receive free entry. For a quieter experience visit before 10:30am, after 4:30pm, or on weekday mornings.
Parking
Bath Abbey has no car park. Nearest short-stay parking is approx. 5 minutes' walk away at The Podium, Northgate Street BA1 5AL, or Southgate Car Park, St James Parade BA1 1TP. Bath has four Park & Ride sites with buses into the city at least every 15 minutes (wheelchair and pushchair friendly). Coach drop-off points on North Parade Road and Orange Grove; cycle rack to the east of the Abbey at Orange Grove. Less than 10 minutes' walk from Bath Spa station.
