Aycliffe Bus Museum, home of the Aycliffe and District Bus Preservation Society (founded 1980), is located in the Langton Business Centre on Burtree Road, Newton Aycliffe, and preserves the North East's bus heritage. Its collection includes historically significant vehicles from Darlington Corporation and United days, such as a 1942 Bristol K Type and a 1964 Daimler CCG5, along with guest vehicles, ongoing restoration work, and displays of memorabilia and historic photos. Entry is free, and visitors can enjoy free heritage bus rides on event days.
